Vika, when fighting Oliver in Part IV, Chapter 4 of Radiant Dawn. Can’t you ever just say what you’re thinking? Oliver: Ho ho, what have we here? A fine little raven indeed! Please. Vika became a liaison to former slaves, traveling between the cathedral and laguz district–and was loved in both. See Support § Radiant Dawn for more details on supports. Please help improve the page by adding information. Vika does not have a normal variation currently available. The aforementioned pirate variation of Vika is the only one currently available in Heroes, based on her Radiant Dawn incarnation. Vika was first made available between the period of Augthrough Septemin a special pirate variation as part of the Perilous Seas update. Vika can works with other leftover endgame units with Canto that gives an attack or avoid boosting affinity. Tormod gives more attack and accuracy, while Muarim gives more defense and avoid. Due to her awkward joining situation, she does not have much time to build a strong support with any units besides Tormod and Muarim. Vika has a wind affinity, giving a light boost to accuracy and avoid. Vika also appreciates Nullify to fix her crossbow weakness, though other Seraph Knights or bird laguz would make better use of it due to better availability. Her innate Shriek has a high activation rate with her high luck, but is extremely situational and does not fix her lack of 2-range one would likely get more out of removing and selling Shriek. She can learn Tear with a Satori Sign (though this will require several levels of babying in 4-4), boosting her offense thanks to its high activation rate with her high skill. Vika, when trained, is one of the fastest units in the game, so speed-based skills like Adept, Cancel, and Vantage help. If caught up, she can be a valuable endgame candidate, with more than enough speed to double all endgame units including Ashera's Auras, high mobility and Canto, and high accuracy and avoid, but she will not be able to one-round many units due to her low strength cap and weaker strike weapon. While her growths give her high potential in the long-term, she does not have much opportunity to take advantage of them, because after part 1, she is not available until chapter 4-4, where she is significantly underleveled and needs BEXP and babying to keep up. Her strike rank is also important to raise and more important than gaining strength points. She will easily cap magic, speed, skill, and resistance very quickly, so BEXP can fix her low strength and defense. Vika has extremely high growths in magic, speed, skill, luck, and resistance, but among the worst for strength and defense. She is weak to bows and wind magic, especially the accurate crossbows, though they are not common in her available chapters outside of 4-4. She has no 2-range combat, limiting her enemy phase. However, she is often reliant on items to stay transformed, though she starts transformed on 1-8. As a raven, she has full mobility in indoor chapters, can fly over swamps and ledges, and has Canto. She has a low strength base and low strike rank, so she struggles to one-round and deal significant damage despite doubling. Due to her high base speed, luck, and health, she is very dodgy and reasonably durable despite her mediocre defense and resistance. She is one of the fastest playable units in part 1, able to double all enemy units. Vika is a raven laguz that joins with Tormod and Muarim in 1-7 and is available in 1-8 and 1-E, then in 4-4 and endgame.
